Gabbi
Founder & Medical Esthetician
Gabbi started her journey at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in the entrepreneurship and small business management program. She continued her education with an esthetics program at South Hills Beauty Academy where she received her Esthetics License. Her path then led her to gain more hands-on experience in the medical spa industry. With exposure to the medical spa industry it opened her eyes up to a whole new world of skin and beauty opportunities. With the help of Dr. Hoffmeier and her husband Jason, they have created the only day and medical spa in Indiana County.

Her determination and ambition for creating a day spa atmosphere is what brought Bella Spa and Beauty to its existence. She had a vision for the once abandoned building near the Kovalchick Center that she was able to create into a beautiful spa for future clients. With continued growth, the spa upgraded to a new location, offering more services.

Gabbi has over 10 years of experience in the Aesthetic industry. She had offered a variety of services over the years, but has found a passion in Medical Aesthetics and laser services. She has been providing laser services for over 7 years and has been trained on over 6 different laser modalities. She values education and will continue to provide the safest and most current services to our community.

Gabbi’s passion truly shows when she is working one-on-one and connecting with her clients. She is very comfortable to work with and is helpful when discussing your beauty goals. She loves staying up to date with the latest skin care techniques, products and, many other medical spa procedures that she uses everyday at the spa.

Outside of running the spa and performing services, she is also a mom of two busy toddlers and enjoys working out, cooking/baking, and traveling.
Dr. Cynthia Hoffmeir
Board Certified Physician/Medical Director
Cosmetic Injection Specialist
Dr. Cynthia Hoffmeir is board certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Family Practitioners. She specializes in cosmetic dermatology and specialty care of the skin.

She graduated in 1981 from Gannon University with a B.S. in Chemistry and Biochemistry and completed her Doctor of Osteopathic Medical Degree in 1985, from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri.
​
She has practiced medicine in Clarion, PA for 29 years and owns the Simply Skin Medical Spa.
​
She has been at the forefront of aesthetic enhancing procedures for two decades and has distinguished herself as a Master Injector by Allergan, the makers of Botox and Juvederm.
​
She is committed to helping patients achieve their cosmetic goals with the most natural and aesthetically beautiful results possible.
​
Dr. Hoffmeier gives every patient personal attention and uses a unique sense of artistry to achieve the highest level of patient satisfaction.

Dr. Hoffmeier is certified to inject Botox, The Juvederm family of products, Radiesse, Belotero, Sculptra, Dysport, The Restylane family of products, and Kybella. She is also certified to treat spider and varicose veins with the use of multiple aesthetic lasers.

Dr. Hoffmeir is excited to be part of the Bella Day Spa & Transform Med Spa team to bring additional options to the community for facial rejuvenation and beauty.
Jason
DNP, APRN, FNP-C
Cosmetic Injector
Jason graduated from IUP in 2005 with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science. He decided to go back to school for nursing and graduated from Hagerstown Community College in Maryland with an Associate's in Nursing in 2011. He went on to complete his Bachelor's in Nursing, Master's in Nursing, and Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Robert Morris University.

Jason has been in practice as a Nurse Practitioner since 2020 working in an urgent care setting at iCARE in Blairsville, PA and at Bella providing cosmetic aesthetic services. Additionally, he has over 12 years of experience working as an RN in an emergency department setting.
​
Jason wanted to help his wife Gabbi bring Medical Aesthetics to Bella with the help and guidance of Dr. Hoffmeier. Bella Day Spa & Transform Med Spa is the only full service day & med spa in Indiana County.
​
Jason has taken numerous certifications and classes to continue perfecting his craft. He wants every client to feel comfortable in their skin. Jason can’t wait to meet you and help you reach your desired aesthetic goals.

Outside of work, Jason is a father of two toddlers and loves to workout and golf in his free time.

Kristen
Lead Medical Aesthetician

Kristen has been with Bella going on 7 years. She is a Licensed Esthetician who graduated from Altoona Beauty School. She specializes in regenerative skincare, laser modalities, body contouring, and permanent cosmetic makeup.

Kristen’s passion is to combine her specialties to create a customized treatment plan for each individual client. She knows how to make you feel comfortable in your skin and will always help you reach your aesthetic goals.
​
Kristen also helps train and educate at the spa, providing her extensive knowledge of the industry. She vows to always continue her education, to bring her clients new and up-to-date services. She can’t wait to meet you and help you create a custom treatment plan.
​
Outside of work, Kristen is a mom to a busy toddler and a wife. She also likes to bake homemade bread and explore the outdoors with her daughter.
Kara
Esthetician/Beauty Healer/Reiki Master
Kara is a licensed esthetician and a reiki-certified healer. She graduated from Altoona Beauty School with her Esthetics License. Kara is also Reiki Master Certified, which she loves being able to merge the two trades as a beauty healer. She specializes in integrative skincare, waxing, reiki, lash services, and wellness from the inside out.
Kara has always loved the spa atmosphere, which was the reason she chose the career path that she did. Kara feels inspired to always make people feel relaxed and confident. She is excited to pamper everyone and incorporate reiki healing energy techniques during facials.

Outside of work, Kara is going to be a first time mom this year, she is also working on becoming a doula, and is FEMM certified.
Kendra
Medical Aesthetician/Makeup Artist
Kendra is a licensed esthetician she graduated from Douglas education center and has been at Bella for over 5 years. She specializes in regenerative skincare, acne skincare, body contouring, and is gaining education and training in laser modalities.

She builds every client a customized treatment plan where not only the results, but the process matters. She makes every client feel comfortable and relaxed during their time with her.
​
Over the years Kendra has put her continued training and education first to ensure her clients are getting the best services and at home skincare. She can’t wait to join you on your aesthetic journey and help you reach your goals.

Outside of work, Kendra loves to spend time with her baby girl and husband. She also loves a good cup of coffee and spending time with her friends.
Katie
Esthetician
Katie graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2017 with a degree in business management operations. She worked in the field for three years before pursuing her career at Bella. She has a passion for doing makeup and loves skincare. She attended the esthetics program at Douglas Education Center.
Katie has immersed herself in learning every service Bella offers. She continues to perfect her craft and specializes in waxing, skincare, and lash services. She loves getting to know her clients and assisting them in their skincare journey.
Sam
Esthetician/Makeup Artist
From athletic trainer to police officer to HR manager and now esthetician, Sam has worn many hats in life — but being in the beauty industry is her one true passion!
She is a board certified esthetician who specializes not only in skincare, but makeup as well — bridal makeup, photoshoots, holiday parties, special events, you name it! Always staying up to date on the latest products, trends and application in all things beauty, Sam’s goal is to make you feel absolutely stunning from the inside out.
She loves watching her clients skin transform time and time again. Her favorite spa services to perform are custom blend facials with dermaplane added on and Diamond Glow facials (which are truly incredible!)
And if you ever need to just take a moment for yourself and become immersed in true relaxation, she also is a certified Reiki practitioner, ready to clear you of negative energy & bring you back to a stage of feeling fresh and light. Try a reiki facial sometime — you won’t regret it!
In so many ways, she is here to hold space for you when you need her — even if it’s just a listening ear.
Sam is a proud wife, mom and dog mom who loves cooking, springtime, Disney World and a good adrenaline rush!
Stephanie
Esthetician/Beauty Healer
Stephanie received her esthetics certification at Indiana County Technology Center last year after leaving her traveling healthcare career to fulfill her true passion in skincare and wanting to make people feel beautiful in their skin.
Stephanie is passionate about holistic living, reiki energy work and make up. She is always eager to learn new services and perfect her techniques. She loves helping develop new facials for clients. Combining all of her skill sets she is able to bring you the highest quality services. She can't wait to join you on your esthetic journey at Bella.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys doing photography, backpacking and going on road trips out west.
Liberty
Esthetician
Liberty, a licensed esthetician since 2023, graduated from Indiana County Technology Center. Growing up in a family of beauty professionals, including a barber, hair stylists, and a nail technician, she inherited a passion for the industry. Liberty specializes in skincare, makeup, and enhancing eyebrows/eyelashes.

Lisa
Lead Massage Therapist
Lisa is a licensed massage therapist and Esthetician, but massage is her passion. She graduated from the Western School of Health and Business in 2007 with a massage therapist licence. She continued with her education in Esthetics in 2011 at the Altoona Beauty School. She's also a hospice volunteer at Excela Health in Greensburg.
Lisa loves connecting with people through the healing touch of massage. With 16 years of experience, she strives to help more people feel relaxed and comfortable. She pays attention to each person's needs and expectations. She is looking forward to meeting you and having each person feel what massage can do for them, total peace and relaxation.

Outside of work, Lisa loves to spend time with her daughter, go on walks, and snuggle her cats.
Phyllis
Massage Therapist
Phyllis graduated from the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy in 2002. She specializes in prenatal, deep tissue, instrument-assisted myofascial release, and reiki. With over 20 years of experience she combines all of her specialties to provide a holistic and therapeutic session for each client.

Phyllis is also a wonderful mentor to the team, sharing her knowledge and experience with the other providers, helping them create customized plans for their clients. She is looking forward to meeting new clients and sharing her knowledge and passion for massage therapy.

Outside of work, Phyllis likes to volunteer at the local animal shelter walking dogs, where she has rescued her two loving pups.
Shelby
Massage Therapist/Reiki Practitioner
While caring for her grandma in hospice, Shelby realized the healing power of touch. Unable to ignore the potency of this more holistic form of healing, she switched career paths from a newly graduated medical assistant, right back to being a student. Shelby dove right in, she became reiki certified, graduated from the Pittsburgh School of Massage therapy, and followed her dreams to becoming an LMT.
Massage has allowed Shelby's passion to help heal the physical body, and her understanding of the energetic body, to combine into modalities that are designed to start healing at the root.
She is always looking to learn more so that she can provide the most comprehensive care for those who connect with her. Active release techniques, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, reflexology techniques, and reiki are all modalities she is excited to share with her clients at Bella.
In her free time, Shelby loves getting outside to explore, being a wife and a mediocre chef.

Presley started her spa career in 2015 as a reflexologist, she had always had an interest in massage therapy & holistic health and loved the spa setting.
Presley graduated from Laurel Highlands Theraputic academy in April of 2020 as a licensed massage therapist.
Presley loves the quiet & peaceful atmosphere that she gets to share with her clients in the spa. She enjoys helping clients feel their best through massage therapy. She specializes in many massage modalities but really enjoys cupping, hot/cold stones, & cranial work. As someone who has dealt with chronic migraines personally for over 15 years, she continues to learn new ways to treat & cope with migraine symptoms every day.
Presley is always continuing her education by taking classes & seminars so she can bring the best treatments back to her clients.
Outside of work she is a mom of 1 and a wife. She enjoys being with family & friends, spending time outdoors, hiking, and traveling.
Jenn
Lead Nail Technician
Jenn received her cosmetology license from The Salon Professional Academy in Altoona in 2017. She found a love for nails and renewed her passion for art by doing nail services. Who knew how creative you could be doing nails? The canvas is just a tad bit smaller.
In October 2018 she joined the Bella Spa team. Jenn loves working with her clients and looks forward to meeting new ones. Nothing makes Jenn feel better than to make someone else feel more confident about themselves. Every day brings something new and she is excited to see where this journey takes her.

Outside of work, Jenn loves to ride her motorcycle, tend to her chickens, and spend time with her kids and grandkids.
Gillian
Nail Technician
Gillian went to Lenopy Technical Center and graduated in 2020 for cosmetology. While in school she found a passion for nails and join Bella to pursue her career.
Gillian is a great addition to our nail team. Gillian is very talented and artistic when it comes to nail work. She specializes in free hand nail art. She can't wait to provide her clients with services.
Valerie
Nail Technician
Valerie has been a nail technician for 17 years. She attended Altoona beauty school in 2007, while having 3 little girls at home. She always knew she wanted to work in the beauty industry, and this type of schooling and career was a perfect fit for her and her young family.


Valerie is surrounded by family members that work in the trade field. Her mother has been a barber for 47 years. She has two daughters that are licensed beauty experts, one being a hairstylist, the other an esthetician. Valerie’s husband is a carpenter. Her husband’s sister owns a local hair salon in their community, and it was a big part of Valerie’s life while working in the nail industry. The trades are very important to this family, and they all love working hands on with their clients.


Valerie was always interested in art since she was a little girl. She loves creating free hand artwork on her clients nails, and likes to be challenged. It is her favorite part of being a nail tech.


Outside of work, Valerie loves spending time with her family, painting, thrifting, and creating. Her and her husband, MJ have been happily married for 24 years and she is the happiest when all three of her girls are home!

Emma graduated from Kittanning beauty academy in 2023 were she received her nail technician license.

In January 2023, Emma joined the Bella spa team as a front desk coordinator. During that time, she became familiar with the beauty industry. She also had the opportunity to apprentice the other nail technicians to further her knowledge and experience.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys doing photography and loves spending time with friends, family and her dog
Diana
Lead Hair Stylist/Nail Technician
Diana graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in accounting in
2017. Shortly after graduation, she decided to pursue her dream and attended Altoona Beauty School,
where she received her license in cosmetology and i cosmetology instructor. Diana has been working in
the industry for four years. She has enjoyed hair and nails from a young age. It isn’t every day that a girl wears
fake nails to kindergarten. She enjoys customizing every set of nails and clients' hair according to an individual’s taste. Nail art is something she has grown to love and is continuously trying new things. Diana is always
ready to have new services and techniques thrown her way to meet the requests of her clients.
Felicity

I am a 2018 graduate of the Indiana County Technology Center Cosmetology program. I am a licensed hairstylist who specializes in blondes, and hair extensions, and a certified cosmetic brow artist who specializes in microblading. When I’m not at work, I’m at home enjoying DIY projects and playing with my dog, poppy!
Ashley
Hair Stylist
Ashley has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2015. She always knew that she wanted a career helping people feel their best. She loves being able to help clients achieve their hair goals. Ashley loves doing hair color services, especially brunettes, reds, and vivid colors.
When she is not at work, Ashley loves doing crafty things and enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with loved ones and her kitties.

Ashley graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management. Ashley spent several years working in the wedding and unique event industry, where her passion for working with clients grew.
Ashley loves planning events at the spa and making sure every client is well tended to. She thrives on our busiest days, keeping everyone organized and on task. She is also the creative assistant on all things themed at the spa, including our monthly drink specials. She can't wait to assist you for your next trip to Bella.
